pre-school/Toddler Martial Arts (Ages 3-5)

Start your child off for school on the right track! This FUN, ENGAGING, and EXCITING CLASS is designed to help the student learn Confidence, Courtesy and Respect for one’s self and others but helps socialize them before school starts! 

Kids Martial Arts (Ages 6-10)

This class is designed to help empower and build confidence. With a rotating schedule of technique including:  grappling and throws, self defense and sparring, this program gives children the opportunity to learn and practice the traditional techniques found in the forms of karate while adding a contemporary realism for today’s modern student’s enthusiasm. BULLY PROOF your child BY STARTING TODAY! 

advanced kids & teens Martial Arts (Ages 11-16)

High School can be a really rough ride for some. This class, LIKE the KIDS CLASS is designed to help empower and build confidence. Grappling and Throws, Self defense and Sparring, this program gives students the opportunity to learn and practice the traditional techniques found in the forms of karate while adding a contemporary realism for today’s modern student’s enthusiasm. This class also adds LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT in addition to the BULLY PROOF lessons learned from previous years. 

Adult Martial Arts (Ages 17+)

This class is VERY UNIQUE and Specializes in giving the student a 2 for 1 DEAL: Each class is 60 mins and includes a 20 min., High Intensity Workout with stretching, and a Low Intensity Workout for those rehabilitating an old or new injury or for those just starting out! The program focuses on Traditional Karate from Okinawa while also working contemporary areas of self defense such as grappling, throws, and sparring. Not to mention our conditioning nights on the heavy bag and pad work for even more learning. 

MMAFITness & Kickboxing (ages 16+)

This class is GREAT for anyone looking to add to their fitness regime or to GET STARTED!  You can attend unlimited classes, 5 days a week, to get your butt moving, in gear, and in shape! Class includes Cardio Conditioning and Strength Training, while adding Heavy Bag Work, Pad Work, Partner Drills and more! Learn to Punch and Kick like the PROS! Lose inches and Weight and Gain Confidence and Self Esteem!
